These are 8 oz. USDA Choice tenderloin steaks (often referred to as filet mignon) that are boneless, and hand cut by our own butchers before being vacuumed sealed with 2 per package. They are shipped frozen in a cooler with gel packs.

Thanks for the help.
We needed to have some steaks sent to Florida for a special meal just before Christmas. Everyone was very helpful and assured that they could have the steaks there on time. The steaks arrived as promised and were excellent. We will definitely use Hewitt’s again and miso will our friends in Florida. they were so impressed with the meat and service. Thanks.

Tenderloin
Had gristle and some fat. one was a slab and the other rough cut. I did roll them up with a toothpick to cook but not nearly as nice a shown on the website. They were a little tough.
