In our most recent order, some brats were substituted for snack sticks. While we were fine with the mix-up (the brats are awesome too!), Hewitt's insisted on sending the snack sticks we didn't get. We ordered and paid for two, and they sent us three -- the next day! What wonderful customer service! We will continue to order from Hewitt's again and again!
