Heritage Sausage - 4 Pack

Hewitt's Meats is a 4th generation family company with over 80 years of recipes that are rich in cultural heritage that you have to choose from:

Fresh or Smoked Polish Sausage - 8 oz. package with 2 links in ea. - Try these fresh or hickory smoked delights on the grill, over a bed of sauerkraut in a skillet or casserole dish!

Fresh Chorizo - 8 oz. package with 2 links in each - Made with our own seasoning blend to create a true Mexican Chorizo.  A spicy sausage, great in ethnic dishes, with eggs or just on the grill.

Kielbasa & Plain or Garlic Ring Bologna - One 14 oz., 1 1/2" thick ring per package.  Naturally smoked and made with our own seasoning blends and recipes.

Cheddar Jalapeno Smoked Sausage - a 14 oz. fully cooked ring with cheddar cheese and jalapeno peppers. Recently, at the 2024 Wisconsin Association of Meat Processors Convention, this sausage received a runner-up ranking for a smoked sausage award.

There are also some types of Heritage sausage that is more difficult for us to make, so we partnered with another great 4th generation company out of the Upper Península of Michigan, Vollwerth's, to be able to provide the following old-fashioned favorites:

Blood Sausage - A 14 oz. fully cooked blood sausage stuffed into a natural casing.

Liver Sausage - A 14 oz. fully cooked ring sausage made from pork livers, pork & beef.

Potato Sausage - A 14 oz. fully cooked ring with meat and real potatoes.
