These are 12 oz. USDA Choice well-marbled ribeye steaks that are boneless, aged and hand cut by our own butchers before being individually vacuumed sealed. These are our customer's favorite out of our Wisconsin retail stores. They are shipped frozen in a cooler with gel packs.
